Web Service is the entry point to all the online services and applications offered by CEVA Logistics Australia, providing a platform for our partners to access real-time information.Applications offered include -
- Track and Trace
Our customers can track movements of their cars through our vehicle distribution service, as well as consignments and orders, providing 24/7 visibility - Online bookings
Bookings, consignments, orders etc can be entered online by our customers so that these flow into operational systems automatically, without the need for telephone calls or faxes - Business Solutions
Customers can extract information such as order progress, order statistics and stock levels of products from the actual operational systems, in real time - Event Management
It is possible for our customers to log events such as Ad-Hoc transport requests, discrepancy enquiries etc which are sent directly to operational systems, allowing swift resolution, event tracking and electronic feedback of progress status. A container tracking system is also deployed for one of our major customers - Interfaces
Customers can check the status of their electronic interfaces and submit online interface load requests that are processed automatically by the operational systems
